Trex Composite Fencing & Gates

Trex Composite Fencing offers a stunning and distinctive alternative to traditional wood and vinyl fences. With a legacy dating back to 1996, Trex has pioneered and refined the composite decking industry, establishing itself as the global leader in wood-alternative decking products. Our commitment to innovation and sustainability has driven us to continually advance outdoor engineering, seamlessly combining cutting-edge technology with eco-friendly practices.

Building upon our success in decking, we expanded our product line to include complementary offerings, among which are our composite fence panels. These panels represent a groundbreaking and inventive use of materials that have already demonstrated their worth. Engineered with precision and durability in mind, Trex fence panels feature a unique design that will enhance the aesthetic appeal of your yard while standing the test of time.

Choosing the Right Composite Fence

When deciding on a durable fencing solution, this guide assists you in selecting the ideal composite fence for your needs. We compare 16 key factors between wood, vinyl, and composite options, providing insights into both backyard aesthetics and budget considerations. Enjoy the timeless appeal of wood without the maintenance, and the ease of vinyl without compromising on quality. Choose from our range of styles, including Seclusions with vertical pickets, Horizontal, and Horizons Horizontal, available in three natural colors.

Trex Fencing is crafted from a composite material, consisting of 95% recycled wood and recycled plastic. This innovative blend offers the durability of wood fencing while maintaining the aesthetic appeal, unlike traditional vinyl fences. With Trex, you get the best of both worlds in fencing.

Why Choose Trex?

Choose Trex for your fencing needs and join us in our commitment to sustainability. With a focus on using recycled materials and eco-friendly manufacturing processes, Trex composite fencing not only offers durability and low maintenance but also contributes to environmental conservation.

Reclaimed wood that would otherwise end up in a landfill finds its way into Trex high-performance composite materials. Composite wood fencing offers not just natural appeal, but durability and low maintenance. By using reclaimed sawdust, we never have had to cut down a tree to make our products. Ever.
The recycled wood in our fences is combined with recycled plastic from a variety of sources ranging from the overwrap on paper towels to dry cleaner bags, sandwich bags, newspaper sleeves, and grocery and shopping bags. The average 100-linear foot Trex composite fence contains 140,000 recycled plastic bags!
Trex’s proprietary, eco-friendly processing method eliminates the use of smoke stacks. Also, our factory runoff and refuse are recycled back into the manufacturing line. Our trailers even run on vegetable-based oil hydraulics.
Trex works along with other U.S. Green Building Council members to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated with the goal of creating environmentally and socially responsible spaces that improve the quality of life.
